Resistance Welding
The technology used in Toddco's line of resistance welders began Hughes Aircraft back in 1959. That was the year that Hughes Aircraft Company began providing micro-resistance welders.
While the level of control and sophistication has changed dramatically in 50 years, the dedication to quality and providing a robust dependable solution has not.
Today, these products are produced by AVIO in Japan and exclusively distributed by Toddco in the US.
Toddco offers 4 distinct welders types for use:
AC-Type Welders: High Duty-Cycle and Long Duration. Typically for thicker materials.
Capacitive Discharge: Store Energy, Open-Loop control. For Highly Conductive materials.
Inverter: Direct Energy and Closed Loop for high energy output with weld monitoring and pulse shaping
Linear DC: Highest level of control of weld, closed-loop feedback and consistent low-end control
