Resistance Welding - Capacitive Discharge
Capacitive Discharge power supplies deliver a very short burst of energy. Energy is stored and released and is released when the weld is triggered.
A Dual-Pulse option is available; the first pulse conditions the material to be welded, the second pulse finshes the weld.Capacitive Discharge supplies are typically used for thinner materials, such as tabbing ribbon in battery pack assembly.
