David “Dave” Bratty, CEO of Toddco, began working for the company in 2006. Quickly becoming recognized for his talent and strong work ethic, he was assigned the role of Production Manager in 2008. In 2017, he acquired Toddco as the opportunity was presented to him by the current CEO of Toddco at the time. Since then, Dave has led the development of numerous turnkey solutions and innovative automation processes for well-known companies including 3M, American Woodmark, and Bloomberg. Dave’s passion for automating processes can be seen not only through past completed projects, but also through his conversations with clients and co-workers.

When asked about his goals, Dave responded, “My main goal is to continue pushing the boundaries of what’s possible, revolutionizing industries through automation and ultimately leaving a lasting impact that solidifies Toddco’s legacy in the automation industry.”

Francisco is a seasoned Manufacturing Manager with over 15 years of experience in the production industry. He has a proven track record in overseeing manufacturing operations, improving efficiency, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products. Throughout his career, Francisco has been dedicated to implementing lean manufacturing practices, optimizing production workflows, and leading cross-functional teams to meet both short-term goals and long-term business objectives. Francisco’s leadership approach emphasizes safety, quality control, and continuous improvement, making him a key driver in maximizing production performance while
minimizing waste.

Francisco is an avid outdoors enthusiast and sports lover with a passion for both physical and mental challenges. He is a dedicated player of racket sports. When not on the court, he can be found exploring new trails through backpacking and hiking, seeking the peace and beauty of nature.

Off the beaten path, Francisco is also an experienced motorcyclist, embracing the thrill of the open road with a love for adventure and freedom. Whether it’s navigating winding mountain roads or embarking on long-distance rides, motorcycling provides the perfect escape. With a deep commitment to fitness and exploration, Francisco finds balance in a life that blends sports, travel, and outdoor adventure.

Dave has always been a craftsman, whether as a private contractor, a first-rate
carpenter and fabricator, or as a government contractor in various applications. No
matter what position he is in, his affinity for crafting is always seen in his work. Dave
finds solving complex problems and teaching acquired skills to others to be some of the most rewarding aspects of his position at Toddco.

In his spare time, Dave hones his marksmanship skills and enjoys grilling on the BBQ, but no matter what he is doing, he always has time for big, loveable dogs.

Justin began at Toddco as an intern before finishing college. Shortly thereafter, he
moved to Temecula to continue his career with Toddco. Now, Justin guides the
engineering team.

Justin enjoys occasionally making an unburnt steak and the best apple pie Toddco has ever
had (so they say). Otherwise, he may be studying whatever topic currently interests him, solving chess puzzles, out jogging, or losing at Connect Four but winning at Uno.
