- Custom Tooling
The EMD104 is designed with a state-of-the-art confocal laser sensor system, barcode scanner, and X-Y motorized stage. The equipment incorporates a confocal displacement sensor and has a spot diameter of 300µm with a measurement range of ± 1.3mm. - Custom Programming Available
Custom programming is available to meet your specific applications. The EMD104 takes a series of measurements at specific positions and all data can be easily accessed through Toddco 3’s custom HMI. - Measurement Data Displayed Via Toddco’s Custom GUI
All data measurement is conveniently and immediately displayed on the graphical user interface (GUI) for easy tracking and recording, offering real time results and touchscreen capabilities for ease of use. - Motorized Stage
The EMD104 incorporates an X-Y motorized stage with 500mm x 400mm of travel and can automatically cycle through saved positions to increase efficiency. - Optional Barcode Scanner
A modern barcode scanner is included to quickly scan PCB barcodes to begin the inspection process.
