Electronic Measuring System for the Inspection of Weight & Dimensions

The EMD103 is a versatile, fully integrated inspection system engineered to validate the weight and dimensions of manufactured components. Utilizing a Keyence telecentric measurement system paired with an Omron 4-axis robotic arm, the EMD103 captures highly accurate silhouette measurements. Along with these systems, the EMD103 also utilizes an integrated Hogentogler precision scale to inspect the product’s weight with exceptional accuracy.

Originally designed to measure plastic jugs for defects in size and weight, the EMD103 can be fully customized for other applications, making it a powerful tool for quality control in any production environment.
