California Dairies Selects Toddco for Robotic Expertise

TEMECULA, CA, 2025 – Toddco3 Incorporated, a leading provider of factory automation solutions for multiple industries worldwide, was selected by California Dairies to deploy a fully automatic palletizing system. This system uses a Kuka robot equipped with a pneumatic gripper to palletize cases of milk. After four cases of milk are conveyed to the end of the line, the robot uses a pneumatic vacuum to pick up the cases and place them down on the pallet. This process continues until the pallet is full. Once the pallet is full, it is moved along a rail system to then be wrapped. Finally, labels are applied, and the pallet is moved to the end of the rail system.
