Toddco Constructs an Automated Robotic Sawing Cell with Kuka Robotics

TEMECULA, CA, 2024 – Toddco3 Incorporated, a leading provider of factory automation solutions for multiple industries worldwide, has partnered with Kuka to develop an automated robotic sawing cell for Consolidated Precision Products, one of the world’s largest aerospace castings manufacturers. This automated robotic sawing cell utilizes Kuka robotics and a 3D vision system to move castings through a bandsaw, removing all cutoffs and placing the castings onto a conveyer to move them along in the process.
