Toddco’s New EMD105 Integrated into VPET Plastics’ Inspection Line

TEMECULA, CA, 2025 – Toddco3 Incorporated, a leading provider of factory automation solutions for multiple industries worldwide, has partnered with Keyence to develop the newest addition to the EMD line. The EMD105 utilizes Keyence’s optical measurement systems and a laser sensor to detect any defects in the products on a conveyor. For VPET Plastics’ specific application, the EMD105 measures bottle necks as they are conveyed down the inspection line to ensure that there are no deformities in the bottles.
