The VIS101 is a semi-automated inspection machine designed to detect defects in medical devices such as defaced or incorrect labels, broken or bent pins, and missing or stripped screws. Using five Keyence 3D vision sensors, the VIS101 captures detailed images of each device from the top, front, back, and sides to ensure precision and reliability in every inspection.
Once the medical device is in place, the operator simply presses the touch-activated sensor to begin inspection. In less than a second, the system identifies any defects and indicates the result using a tower light: green for no errors and red for a detected issue.
